Senescence.
I was over at The Big Ticket (which I always want to call The Big Takeover) and I came across this mp3 of the press laughing at the president's feeble attempt to define tribal sovereignty.
Bill Clinton was on The Daily Show tonight and it was great. Greater still was the piece about the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and their commercial about how John Kerry is lying about his deeds in Vietnam. If you saw it, you know that they had a fake letter home from one of the guys in the commercial. It was neat because the font that they used for the fake letter is the same font that I used for my Sleater-Kinney tattoo.

I'm still cleaning and re-organizing my life books and so much ephemera that I've decided to keep despite it being ephemera.
I found this copy of the L.A. Weekly that Steve sent to me, and he used to always send me clippings of things that he knew I liked, and we used to talk all the time, and I am really mad at myself for dropping the ball on that one. It was unfair. I suck. I'm a shitty friend.

I think I need to de-frag my hard drive because it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 minute to open up my MP3 folder. It's almost 5 gigs, but that's no excuse/reason!
